Step 1: Getting Started

  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Click "Login"
⚠️ Note: No password needed - we use email + phone verification for security.

Step 3: Understanding the Credit System

  • Customer Inquiries: 3 credits to view contact details
  • Posted Jobs: 2 credits to view contact details
  • No Commission: Keep 100% of what you earn!
  • Direct Payment: Customers pay you directly

🛒 How to Purchase Credits
  1. From your dashboard, click "Buy Credits"
  2. Choose a credit package
  3. Select payment method (Bank Transfer/Direct Debit)
  4. Submit purchase request
  5. Transfer money using the reference number provided
  6. Credits added after payment verification (usually 1-2 hours)
Example Calculation:

You contact 3 customers from inquiries (9 credits) and 2 from posted jobs (4 credits) = 13 credits used. If you get hired for just one $200 job, you've made a great return on investment!

Step 4: Finding and Accessing Leads

📧 Direct Customer Inquiries

Customers find your profile and send direct inquiries:

  1. View inquiry summary in "Leads" tab
  2. See partial customer info and project description
  3. Click "View Details" to spend 3 credits
  4. Get full customer contact details
  5. Contact customer directly via phone/email
⚠️ Important: Once you spend credits to view contact details, you can access them anytime without additional charges.
🔍 Browse Posted Jobs

Access the Job Browser to see all opportunities:

  1. Click "Job Browser" from dashboard
  2. Browse jobs by trade category or location
  3. Read job descriptions and budgets
  4. Click "View Details" to spend 2 credits
  5. Get customer contact information
  6. Call or email to discuss the project

  • Add work portfolio images - show your best projects

Check your dashboard for verification status. You'll also receive an email notification once approved. Verified accounts get a green "✅ Verified" badge.

You can update your profile picture and portfolio yourself. For business details changes, contact support at support@tradieshubfiji.com.
